-
Yes — when you learn with qualified instructors using appropriate venues, equipment, and clear safety systems. Beginner sessions focus heavily on belaying, checks, and communication before you climb anything challenging.

You don’t need to be “super fit”. Most beginners do well with a normal baseline of mobility and confidence. We choose routes that match your ability and coach technique so climbing feels smoother and less tiring.
-
Indoor climbing: controlled environment; great for learning basics.
Outdoor climbing: real rock; adds outdoor rope systems, route choice, and conditions.
Trad climbing: you place your own protection (nuts/cams etc.) and learn more advanced ropework and judgement skills.
Bouldering: No Ropes, Just a pair of shoes, some chalk and a crash pad with short difficult routes that require critical thinking and body awareness.
-
If conditions aren’t safe, we’ll adapt: change venue, adjust the plan, or reschedule where needed (your trad page already sets this expectation).
