❓ FAQs
Is wild camping legal / safe here?
Wild camping in many UK mountain areas is culturally accepted but regulated — your guide will ensure we follow best practice and respect land.
What if it rains or high wind arrives?
We have flexible plans; will choose shelter locations that are safer; in extreme conditions, some activities may be altered for safety.
Do I need to have camping gear already?
You’ll need your own basic kit (tent or shelter, sleeping bag etc.). We send out a detailed kit list. If you lack something, we can advise where to rent or purchase.
Is there an overnight stay or just day-skills?
This is a skills-day + overnight, you’ll learn wild camping, but not necessarily spend full night out if the weather is not suitable. (often when wild camping it is important to know when to bail).
Are there set dates or private group options?
Yes — there are scheduled dates and private / custom days (corporate / family). Contact us for your availability.
